Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Laptops and PCs are sent via DPD’s 1-day tracked delivery service. This delivery time applies after dispatch. DPD will provide tracking updates and a 1-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.
Your order will be securely packed in plain, protective packaging with no indication of the contents.
30-day returns
Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
Email sales@tec-it-out.co.uk with your order number. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
Please package the item securely and include all accessories supplied with it. Use the original packaging where available.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description, contact us so we can resolve the problem.
Warranty
1-year hardware warranty
Your MacBook includes a 1-year Tec-It-Out return-to-base hardware warranty covering the device and its supplied accessories.
Return-to-base means the device is returned to us for assessment and any covered repairs.
Battery cover
If the battery displays a “Service” or “Replace” warning during the warranty period, we will replace the battery free of charge.
What’s excluded
The warranty excludes faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or unauthorised alterations or repairs.
Normal wear and tear is excluded, except for the battery cover described above.
How to get help
Email sales@tec-it-out.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem. Contact us before returning your device so we can provide instructions.
Condition Guide
Excellent (Grade A)
Minimal to no visible signs of use.
Good (Grade B)
Light cosmetic wear, such as minor scratches or scuffs.
Fair (Grade C)
Noticeable cosmetic wear, which may include scratches, scuffs or dents.
Used (Grade D)
Heavier wear or specific cosmetic issues. Read the selected unit’s individual condition notes and view the photographs of the actual item being sold.
Cosmetic grades describe appearance. Battery health and cycle count are stated separately where available.
