When it comes to buying refurbished, there can be a misconception that you are buying tatty second-hand junk that is likely to break with no recourse. Tec-IT-Out are determined to change this mindset. Our feedback shows that customers are often pleasantly surprised at the condition of our products.

Grading is often described as A, B, C & D.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no industry standard when it comes to grading of refurbished IT equipment which is why it is so important to check grading note when shopping around.

Tec-It-Out are pleased to say, we don’t offer anything below a grade B. This means that even our lowest graded equipment on the site is tested, fully functional and in a worst case scenario, only has light signs of prior use.
