All of our refurbished laptops and refurbished desktops purchased from this website, unless otherwise stated, come with 12 months RTB (Return To Base) warranty from your delivery date
The return to base warranty requires the customer to return the refurbished laptop or refurbished computer to us at their own cost, using their preferred service. we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or be held liable for missing items
What is included?
The warranty We cover any parts required, labour and the return postage from us to you
This warranty covers all hardware faults due to manufacturer defect
- If your item develops an issue within the first year, please return it to us and we will get this repaired for you
- On average, it takes 3 to 4 days for your item to be repaired (we will contact you if it will be longer)
On refurbished laptops the Battery is covered for 14 days as this is classed as a consumable item that will wear over time
What is excluded?
The warranty does not cover software faults, aftermarket installations, attempted self repairs and accidental damage - this includes screen damage, liquid damage and damage caused by neglect/miss treatment
If you have any software problems please don't hesitate to contact us and we will supply a copy of the Operating System so you can restore your machine to factory default. We cannot be held liable for any data loss due to this
Chargers are also excluded from the warranty
