      1: Why buy refurbished?

      Buying refurbished offers a whole list of benefits with the main one being value for money. Big savings can be had on laptops that were not so long ago considered the latest technology and top of the line equipment. Our laptops go through a vigorous refurbishment process meaning they have been securely data wiped, tested, inspected and cleaned to make sure they run like new. Where any faults or broken/missing parts have been found, these are put right by our expert IT engineers

      3: What grading is your equipment?

      Contrary to popular belief, there is no industry standard on equipment grading! With this in mind we exercise caution when labelling 'Grade A/B/C'. We simply do not sell broken or badly damaged equipment as unhappy customers and returns do not benefit anyone

      Our equipment is what others would consider grade A/B. This means that it will be fully functional and in the worst case scenario, have some light cosmetic signs of use. This can include light marks to the casing such as scuffs/sticker marks. Keyboards, track pads and palm rests may have a light shine to them but all keys will be fully legible

      4: What warranty/guarantee will I get?

      All our Laptops and PCs come with a 1 year RTB Warranty. This includes a 30 day money back guarantee if you change your mind. For more information on this, please click Here

      For all other equipment we offer a 1 month RTB warranty from date of delivery

      5: How long will my purchase take to arrive?

      Our usual dispatch time time is within 2 days. If we foresee any delays, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order

      Larger bulk orders may have a longer dispatch time which we communicate with you

      We use DPD '1 Day Delivery' for all laptops and PCs which is a fully tracked service. For smaller items we use a combination of Royal Mail, Evri and DPD

      6: What will be included in my parcel?

      We send all items in discreet, plain secure packaging that gives no indication as to what is inside. As products are refurbished we can not send items in original retail packaging and user manuals/guides will not be included.

      7: What software is included?

      As standard we pre install Windows 10 Pro as an operating system. If you would prefer no OS this can be left off at no cost. Please contact us to discuss any alternates. Windows will be loaded to the stage of customising and setting up your equipment to suit your own requirements, just like you would buying a brand new PC - please note, all windows updates will need to be done yourself.       We understand software requirements can be very specific to each individual. For this reason we do not load any further software unless requested. If this is something you need, please contact us to discuss. Please note additional charges may be applied for this service

       

      8: Can you supply Invoices/VAT Receipts?

      Yes, we are fully VAT registered and supply a receipt with each purchase show VAT displayed separately. Please keep this as your proof of purchase and to claim back VAT for business customers

       

      9: I'm interested in buying in bulk. Do you offer discounts?

      We have supplied many businesses/Councils/Schools/Charities - bulk purchases are welcome whether its 10 units or 1000! We do also offer discounts. Please visit our bulk buying page here for more information

      10: I have a problem/need to return my purchase/claim on my warranty
