SHIPPING
All laptops and PC are sent via DPD 1 day tracked delivery. DPD will send an update on the day of delivery with a 1 hour time slot
We aim to dispatch items within a 2 working days unless otherwise stated
All items are securely and protectively packaged in plain packaging with no indication of the contents
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Example - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Warranty
What's Covered:
Our 1-year Return to Base Hardware Warranty covers any hardware issues related to the device and its accompanying accessories.
Additionally, if you encounter any Service or Replace warnings regarding the battery during the warranty period, rest assured that we will provide a free replacement.
What's Not Covered:
It's important to note that our warranty does not extend to faults or issues arising from accidental damage, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any unauthorized alterations or repairs. Engaging in such activities without our prior approval will invalidate the warranty.
Refurbishment Grade
All of our Tech is refurbished to the highest quality possible ensuring a long and healthy life for your machine.
Cosmetic Grading is a minimum of B for every machine we sell, which may include slight signs of use such as light scuffs/scratches.
